Please note that all of the information in this membership/course as well as personal coaching provided is intended to support your health and wellness mission and is for educational purposes. This program and any personal coaching does not constitute a patient-practitioner relationship between you ("Client") and us ("Coaches"). Results vary per client based on their commitment to the program and their specific circumstances.
No Guarantee of Results. The Client understands that Next Level Nutrition and the Coaches cannot guarantee results. Rather, Next Level Nutrition and coaching provides a model that is based on a systematic approach that will allow clients to take control of his/her health in order to achieve the results that are desired.
Please consult with a physician if you have questions or concerns about your specific health needs. If the Client is under the care of another practitioner the Client should discuss any dietary changes or potential dietary supplements use with his/ her primary doctor if he/she desires. Client recognizes this Agreement is not a guarantee of results and deals solely with the services to be rendered and the fees to be paid for the care as provided. The Client’s payment obligation is not contingent upon the outcome of care.
Financial Responsibility. There may be times during the program we make recommendations for supplements or therapies to support your health during the coaching program. Any additional cost for treatment or care provided for medical conditions is not included in the tuition of the program. All supplements and additional therapies are the financial responsibility of the client.
Data Storage and Use
We, OptimizeYou, collect your information and can be contacted anytime at [email protected]. All of our data use, terms, and privacy information can be found at optimize-you.com/terms. You can lodge any complaints with us via that same email, or request to be removed from our email lists, phone lists, or advertising targeting, too.
When you submit information to us, we use it in an ongoing nature to ensure you receive the information or purchases you've made with us, to deliver relevant future content via our email newsletters, to track how much you use our sites or services, and to make future offers through our company or any other company that we become, refer you to or is involved in delivering your purchases, bonuses or content. By giving us your contact information now, you are granting us the right to contact you in the future in any manner necessary at our discretion for ongoing personal and professional development and communication.
When collecting your payment information via this site, we are using a third-party software (Kajabi) that encrypts and processes your payment securely via Stripe. Their terms and conditions can be found on their respective websites.
REFUNDS: Because of the amount of time and personalized attention clients receive in this program, your tuition investment is non-refundable. We stand by the effectiveness of this program, and would not offer it unless we were confident you would see transformation. However, this program requires work, and individual results vary based on the client's commitment to the guidelines. We reserve the right to make case-by-case refund exceptions.
